What we do

• Board up and secure the building
• Extract firefighting water and dry the structure
• HEPA-vacuum and clean soot from walls, ceilings, and fixtures
• Wipe down HVAC components
• Remove materials that cannot be cleaned
• Treat odor after residue is removed, with ozone only in unoccupied spaces

In strip centers and office buildings, suites next to the fire often need soot and odor work too. We document each space separately for each tenant and the owner.
