This Privacy Policy explains what information Aftermath Restoration Group collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Aftermath Restoration Group is operated by Gurganus Construction Services LLC, Fort Myers, Florida. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Aftermath Restoration Group and Gurganus Construction Services LLC. It applies to aftermathrestore.com, our online request and booking forms, and our calls and text messages with you.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and a small amount of information collected automatically when you use the site:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Property and job details: the property address and the details you enter in our request form, such as the type of damage, how urgent it is, whether you own or rent, and what happened.
  • Booking information: the date and time you choose and any notes you add when you book an inspection online.
  • Insurance information you choose to share: for example your insurance company, claim number, or policy details, if you want us to work with your insurer.
  • Photos and files you send us: pictures of the damage or documents you send by text, email, or through our forms.
  • Basic technical information and cookies: like most websites, our hosting provider and our form and booking provider receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, and may use cookies or similar technology to deliver and secure their services and to make the forms work. Our website does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or advertising tracking tags.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and contact you about it.
  • To schedule inspections and appointments.
  • To provide our restoration services, including documenting the damage.
  • To work with your insurance company on your behalf when you ask us to, for example by sending photos, moisture readings, and a written scope.
  • To send service-related text messages and make calls about your request, appointment, or job.
  • To keep records, protect against fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers we use

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our online request form, booking calendar, and customer messaging (calls, texts, and email).
  • Cloudflare: hosts and secures our website.
  • Google: if you contact us through or leave a review on our Google Business Profile, Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.
  • Your insurance company or adjuster: only when you ask us to work with them on your claim.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

  • Consent: we collect your consent to receive text messages on our forms, for example the SMS consent checkbox on our request form. We text you only about your request, appointment, or job. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.
  • Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. You can also call (239) 688-2880 or email [email protected].
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, support your insurance claim, and keep business, tax, and legal records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for hosting, forms, and messaging. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • You can ask to see or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
  • You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though some form features may not work without them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
